STEPWISE TAP GIVEAWAY - OFFICIAL RULES

The Stepwise Electrician Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Stepwise Electric Inc., One Seneca Street, Floor 24, Buffalo, NY 14203. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.

1. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., 18 years or older, who hold a valid electrical contractor license. Employees of Stepwise and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. ENTRY PERIOD
Giveaway begins October 15 at 12:00 PM EST and ends October 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

3. HOW TO ENTER
During the Giveaway Period, entrants can earn one (1) entry for each of the following actions completed on Instagram:

a) Follow @getstepwise on Instagram
b) Like the official giveaway post
c) Comment on the giveaway post tagging 3 other electricians
No purchase necessary to enter or win.

4. PRIZE
Three (3) winners will each receive: - One (1) Stepwise Tap unit (ARV: $550) - Shipping included to continental U.S. address - Opportunity to be featured on @getstepwise Instagram with paid promotion Total ARV of all prizes: $1150.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Eligible winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period. Potential winners will be contacted via direct message from the @getstepwise Instagram account within five (5) business days after the Giveaway closes.

Before a prize is awarded, each potential winner must: 1) Provide proof of a valid electrician’s license number for verification. 2) Respond to the notification within seven (7) days.

If a selected entrant does not respond within seven (7) days or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be chosen.

6. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
Winners agree to provide installation video footage of Stepwise Tap installation within 30 days of receiving unit. By providing footage, winners grant Stepwise unlimited rights to use, reproduce, and display content across digital platforms with proper credit to winner.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to:

  • Comply with these Official Rules and all applicable laws.

  • Release Stepwise Electric Inc. and Instagram/Meta from any and all liability related to participation or prize acceptance.

  • Grant permission to Stepwise Electric Inc. to use their name, likeness, and/or business name in connection with winner announcements or promotional materials, without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

8. PRIVACY

License and contact information collected from winners will be used solely for verification and prize fulfillment and will not be shared or sold.
