Stepwise provides load management products and related software, tools, and services designed to support home electrification and help homeowners, installers, contractors, and program partners evaluate ways to avoid unnecessary electrical service upgrades in eligible applications.

You may use the Website only if you are able to form a binding contract with Stepwise and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. The Website is not intended for children under 18.

Eligibility for any product, installation, utility program, rebate, incentive, pilot, or grant-funded offering may depend on factors such as location, utility territory, electrical system configuration, installer availability, appliance type, program requirements, device availability, local code requirements, authority having jurisdiction requirements, and other criteria.
Stepwise may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, program, offer, or Website content at any time.
6. Online Store, Product Terms, Returns, and Warranty
The Website may link to or reference our online store at https://getstepwise.myshopify.com/, our webapp at https://portal.getstepwiseapi.com/, or third-party websites, platforms, tools, or services.
Purchases through our online store may be subject to separate purchase, payment, shipping, refund, return, and warranty terms. Product use may also be subject to product documentation, installation instructions, and the applicable Stepwise Limited Warranty.
In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and the applicable written warranty terms for a Stepwise product, the written warranty terms will govern solely with respect to warranty coverage for that product.
Use of the Stepwise webapp, product registration, installer tools, homeowner tools, utility program features, or other services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

7. Forms, Phone Numbers, Calls, and Text Messages

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Stepwise at that number, including calls and texts related to your inquiry, account, installation, order, program participation, support request, or Stepwise products and services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP or following the instructions provided in the message. You may still receive non-marketing communications related to active orders, support, safety, installation, account administration, or services you have requested.
Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchase.
